1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScarVault ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Services

ScarVault sells legitimate digital goods including gift cards, top-up codes, and subscription cards for various platforms. All products are sourced from authorized distributors and retailers. We do not sell platform accounts (e.g., Steam, Epic, Microsoft accounts) as this violates platform terms of service.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Platform. Email verification is required to access certain features.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are final once a digital code has been delivered and revealed. Prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinar (DT) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. Subscription tier discounts are applied automatically at checkout for eligible members.

5. Digital Delivery

Digital codes are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Codes are encrypted at rest and can be revealed through your account dashboard. Each code has a limited number of views for security purposes. You are responsible for redeeming codes on the correct platform and region.

6. Region Restrictions

Some digital products are region-locked by their respective platforms. It is your responsibility to ensure the product you purchase is compatible with your region. Product listings clearly indicate the supported region(s). ScarVault is not responsible for codes that cannot be redeemed due to region incompatibility when the region was clearly stated.

7. Subscription Tiers

ScarVault offers optional VIP subscription tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) that provide percentage discounts on purchases. Subscription benefits apply only during the active subscription period. Discounts are applied automatically to eligible products at checkout.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: attempt to purchase codes for resale, use automated bots or scripts, engage in fraudulent transactions, create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, or attempt to circumvent any security measures on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

ScarVault provides digital goods "as is" from their respective platform providers. We are not responsible for any issues with the underlying platform services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
