Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once a code has been revealed. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligible for Refund

  • Code was not delivered within 24 hours of payment
  • Code is invalid or has already been redeemed (verified by our team)
  • Wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Duplicate charge or billing error

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Code has been revealed and/or redeemed by the buyer
  • Purchase of wrong region when region was clearly indicated
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Price changes after purchase

If approved, you will receive either a replacement code or a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Store Credit Option

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit is applied to your ScarVault wallet and can be used for future purchases. Store credit refunds are typically processed within 24 hours.
