Eligible for Refund
- ✓Code was not delivered within 24 hours of payment
- ✓Code is invalid or has already been redeemed (verified by our team)
- ✓Wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered)
- ✓Duplicate charge or billing error
Not Eligible for Refund
- ✗Code has been revealed and/or redeemed by the buyer
- ✗Purchase of wrong region when region was clearly indicated
- ✗Change of mind after purchase
- ✗Price changes after purchase

If approved, you will receive either a replacement code or a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Store Credit Option
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit is applied to your ScarVault wallet and can be used for future purchases. Store credit refunds are typically processed within 24 hours.
